SHARE in San Antonio, TX had a lot of great sessions, but there was also something going on at the Chicago-Soft® booth in the Tech Expo. The QuickRef® folks were giving their visitors a look at CSL's new websites: TSOTIMES.COM and QWACADEMY.COM. These websites share a common theme and although the new TSO Times was launced last December, the QW Academy has only been introduced to a few users up until now.

If you are a QuickRef® user you need to check out the QuickRef® Academy website.

Quick Guide to QuickRefThe Quick Guide to QuickRef® contains short video lessons for new and old users alike to get the most out of their QuickRef® access. If you access the product using the QW command check out the fastpath command video and the fastpath references in the individual topic lessons. TSO QW users won't be able to use the fastpath commands, but everyone can benefit from assigning a function key to the QW or TSO QW command. Check out the Cursor-driven Invocation and ISPF/SDSF key setting lessons. And don't miss the Textmark video - bookmarking QW items!! These videos are 2 - 4 minutes in length, so you don't need a big time committment to learn something new.

Developer's Corner

The Developer's Corner features videos by QuickRef® developer Chuck Davis and copies of his past SHARE presentations on the product.

Sample ProgramsUnder Field Developed Programs you'll find some clever REXX programs that may benefit users with fastpath command access, and copies of all the program samples used in the Quick Guide videos.

And, just like TSO Times, QW Academy is mobile ready!Mobile
